Bookings and enquiries
Nothing on this website forms a contract. Accommodations, retreat bookings, wellness and yoga retreats, group buyouts, weddings, and events at the venue are confirmed only by separate written agreement between you and Bumi Cinta, which will set out the dates, pricing, deposits, and cancellation terms that apply. Sending an enquiry through our booking page or contact page creates no obligation on either side. It starts a conversation.
Location and travel
Bumi Cinta is in Les Village, Tejakula, in the Buleleng regency of North Bali, roughly three hours by road from Ngurah Rai International Airport in the south of the island. Travel times, road conditions, transfer arrangements, and directions described on this site are estimates, and they depend on traffic, weather, and season. Please confirm current details with us before booking flights or onward travel.
Immigration and visa compliance
Bumi Cinta operates in full compliance with the immigration laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We do not host, employ, or provide facilities to any guest, retreat leader, facilitator, teacher, or contractor who is not holding the correct visa for what they are doing while they are here.
A Visa on Arrival or any other tourist visa permits tourism only. It does not permit paid or unpaid work, teaching, facilitating, volunteering, or conducting business, including remote work for an employer outside Indonesia. Anyone intending to work, teach, or facilitate at Bumi Cinta in any capacity is required to hold the appropriate visa or permit, such as a Remote Worker Visa (E33G), a Social Cultural Visa, or a KITAS work permit, obtained before arrival.
We ask visiting retreat leaders and facilitators to confirm their visa status with us as part of booking, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where the correct permissions are not in place. We cooperate fully with the Directorate General of Immigration and with local authorities.
We are not immigration agents and nothing on this site is legal or immigration advice. Requirements vary by nationality and change without notice. Please verify your own position with the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration, an accredited visa agent, or your embassy before you travel. Sustainability claims
Descriptions of our regenerative and sustainability practices, including the food forest, the organic gardens, our water systems, and the reclaimed materials used in building, reflect how the retreat operates at the time of publication.
